Charisma is a unique trait - you know it the moment you see it, but you may have a hard time defining it. It is often described as the “x-factor” that helps people stand out and be memorable. Everyone can develop their own unique style of charisma and turn it up or down by using different verbal and non-verbal techniques.
During this presentation, Kim will help you uncover your natural qualities, and will guide you with some practical ways to dial up your charisma. She will also discuss how you can apply this knowledge in professional and social settings.
Kim started Etiquette Matters LLC in 2016. She has earned the highest certifications in the etiquette industry. Kim is trained and licensed by The Protocol School of Washington®, the leader in international protocol, cross-cultural awareness, business etiquette and image training, which is the first and still only accredited business etiquette, protocol and communication skills school in the nation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. She is also certified in children/teen etiquette from The American School of Protocol and Certified in Intercultural Intelligence with Aperian Global. She received additional training with Protocol London, The British School of Etiquette, The United Nations Institute of Training and Research (UNITAR), and The Etiquette School of South Africa.
