• Strategic planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Financial management: Ensuring the financial stability of Let's Smile, Inc. through budgeting, forecasting, and fundraising efforts.
• Human resources management: Hiring, training, and supervising staff members and volunteers.
• Program management: Overseeing the development and implementation of dental programs and services that support Let' s Smile, Inc.'s mission.
• Board of Directors relations: Working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure Let's Smile, Inc. is meeting its objectives and adhering to its mission.
• Community relations: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members.
• Reporting and compliance: Ensuring Let's Smile, Inc. is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and preparing regular reports for the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
• Public relations and marketing: Promoting Let's Smile, Inc.'s mission and services to the public, media, and other stakeholders.
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to Let's Smile, Inc., its staff, and its stakeholders.
