2026-2027 Women's Leadership Program 

We are excited to offer this great leadership development opportunity to Owatonna Business Women members and the community for a second year in a row in partnership with Riverland Community College.

Important Details:

• This Women's Leadership Program is a 7-month program running from September through March.
• We meet for classroom/workshop sessions once a month, on the second Thursday of every month, in-person from 8:30-11:30 a.m. 
• Cost is $200 for OBW members (you must already be a member at the time you apply to receive this discount). Non-OBW member cost is $300.

This program is meant for any woman looking to level up her leadership skills, professional potential, and overall confidence and personal development, and find fantastic connections with other women looking to do the same! Be sure to check the other requirements and expectations in the application itself.

Participants do not need to be OBW members to join this program.
