Mission
Owatonna Business Women connects, amplifies and empowers women by providing education and opportunity to develop in the areas of personal growth, professional development and civic awareness.
Objectives
- To elevate the standards of women in the workplace;
- To promote the interests of business and professional women in the community;
- To connect women across industries and at different career stages;
- To educate working women through programs and civic awareness;
- To extend opportunities for leadership development and career success;
- To encourage women to continue their education by providing scholarships; and
- To recognize the accomplishments of women in Steele County.
Opportunities to Participate
Owatonna Business Women meets monthly at the Owatonna Country Club from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. Our monthly meetings give members a chance to network, build relationships and engage with a program that provides professional and personal development. We also offer a Lean In Circle that meets the second Thursday of every month. Guests are always welcome at monthly meetings and Lean In Circles.
